| Tired of cranking
up that boat lift: Well, we have the correct solution for you! Boats
on the market are getting larger, and boat lifts are also getting
larger. We go up to our lake homes to rest, relax, and enjoy life!
Not to go out and crank up and down the boat lifts, do yard work,
etc. |
| Our electric and
remote control winch units eliminate the old hassle, and the hard
work of taking the boat out to play. Many people do not use their
present boat lifts that much do to this extreme workout. |
| We originally
designed these units to assist elderly people, small-framed people,
and just plain people in general that have a problem cranking up the
large boats in their boat lifts. (Going down is the easy part!) |
 |
 |
| For Add on Units:
If you already have a existing boat lift (with a wheel on it), "YES"
we have a simple to install add on unit that can be purchased with
just the electric switch on it or can also be equipped with remote
control. This unit fits all existing boat lift winch units on the
market! |
| So let's take
that dang wheel off (There is more information on this Add On Unit
further on in our web site). |

| 12 volt DC winch
unit with wireless remote control, battery pack, and solar panel.
Mounted on a - off brand pontoon lift. Note that the motor does not
stick into the lift; our winch units are designed to hang over your
dock on Pontoon and Deck boats - on some Speed boats you can mount
the motor in towards the inside of the Lift for easier access. There
are also mounting bolts located on both sides of the winch unit
(this makes the winch units easy to install on either side of your
boat lift or piling set up). |

| The Winch
Units: Fits ALL BOAT LIFTS and PILING LIFT
STRUCTURES presently on the market. If you have a ShoreStation,
Port-A-Dock, Newmans, ShoreMaster, PeirPleasure, Hewitt, Dock-Rite,
Daka, Vibo, Floe, Beach King, RidgeLine and Harbor Master or any
other style of cantilever, vertical, piling list or any other type
of lift presently made, even if it is a home-made lift, our electric
winch units will fit. (In some instances you may have to drill an
extra hole in the winch box or on the boat lift you are mounting the
unit to!) |
| These units are
quick and easy to install! (In most cases it will take longer to get
your old unit off the mounting structure it is mounted on, than it
will take to install our new winch unit.) |
| Weight
Classes: 00 lbs - 4000 lbs BigBoy#1 is equipped with a
dual sprocket set-up and the motor is mounted directly into the
aluminum case. (These winch units are ideal for fishing boats,
pleasure boats, pontoon boats, deck boats and large boats up to the
4000 lbs wt limit) and comes with a standard 3" bottom hub.
Estimated time of lifting on a 4000 lbs boat is around 1 minute on
4' up in height.. |
| Our 4000 lbs -
6000 lbs BigBoy#2 is set up similar to the 4000 lbs winch
units, but is is a much larger unit, for those with larger boats.
The BigBoy#2 is only available in 110-volt AC w/GFI protector.
Both the BigBoy#1 and #2 only need a 15-amp service. |
| Brake Unit:
Our "State of the Art" electric brake unit gets rid of
that awful sound of the brake from your present wheel winch system!
Then listen to our winch systems once!! We feature a 1st on the
market "Electric Braking System" so all you hear is the
motor (which is fairly quiet). |
| Remote
Control Unit: All of our winch units, Add-On units and Marine
Track Systems can be equipped with Wireless remote control. All
units come stock with just the standard up/down switch on the units,
adding remote control is an extra cost. Boatlift wireless remotes
come in 110-volt AC with a GFI (push button ground fault interrupter
right on the cord) and only require a 15-amp breaker or 12-volt DC
units. We recommend a 12-volt - 1000 cranking amp auto battery.
Tested to "lift 4000 lbs 13 times" without recharging your
battery. (Don't forget about our solar panels and battery pack
kits!) Normal distance of travel on the remote control range is more
than 65' but not greater than 100'. Ask about our safety features on
programming the remote units and rotating frequency! |
|
| Marine &
Sea Plane track system wireless remote control units are
110-volt AC or 220-volt AC units only, and must be powered by a 30
amp breaker on 110-volt AC units and twin 20 amp breakers for
220-volt AC units. Normal range on this remove is approximately 200'
or greater. |
| 24-volt units
available in the near future for marine track systems (more
information on Marine Track Systems further on in this site). |
| Questions
frequently asked: Can we purchase a unit and put on our own remote
control system? Answer: No! It takes several amp switches and relays
to function properly on our unit, and it seems that the motor with
its electric brake creates a certain magnetic field that would
interfere with the normal remote control units presently on the
market. There is a 99% chance, your remove control unit
would not function with our unit. |
| Add on
Electric Winch Systems: Tired of Cranking up those heavy boat
lifts? These Add On Units replace your existing wheel with an
electric bolt device that attaches easily where your wheel used to
go! |
| We manufacture 4
different styles of Add On Units for the existing winch on your
present boat lift. These Add On Units fit 99% of all manufactured
winches on the market. From Lorenz winch units (which are used
across the states on many different boat lifts), to all the boat
lift companies listed above, plus. Add On units also come with the
electric braking system too!! "You must specify what type
of lift or winch you presently have." |
| These Add On
units are fairly easy to install; again, some drilling may be
required; but on most installations Our Add On winch unit will bolt
directly onto your present winch unit. Protection covers and all
hardware are included. (As shown in pictures.) |
| All Add On Units
are equipped with an electric switch. (Wireless remote control units
are also available for these units.) |
| Available in:
110-volt AC with GFI (ground fault interrupter on the power cord). |
| And in: 12-volt
DC (12-volt 1000 Cranking Amp auto battery or higher is
recommended for use with all of our 12-volt DC units.) |
| Easy
Installation: Normal installation of a new winch system or an Add On
system is simple for the average "Joe". |
| Tools required
range from a wrench set, allen wrench set, 5/16" driver or
wrench, 3/4" wrench size would be the largest wrench needed. In
some instances a hole may need to be drilled in either our aluminum
case or in the winch pole; or for Add On units (you may need to
drill a hole in the existing winch box). |
| An average time
of 30 to 45 minutes to remove and install a new winch system. |
| An average time
of 45 minutes to 1 hour would be needed to install an Add On unit. |

Testing:
Testing was conducted over a 2-1/2 year period, with weights in
excess of over 4000 pounds (on the 00 - 4000 lbs units). Estimated
lifts per year are 42 (42 complete lifts up and down) x a 6-1/2 year
period = 273 lifts.
One of our test units
has more than 421 lifts on it and is still working great! And
according to tests recently done, the original test motor shows no
wear whatsoever on internal components (documented, on file) and
very little to no wear on the internal parts of the winch unit
itself (this model is on display). |
